Refund & Return Policy

ASG DIGITAL (“we”, “our”, “us”) provides digital music distribution and related services. Due to the nature of digital services, refunds and returns are governed by the policy outlined below. By using ASG DIGITAL, you agree to this Refund & Return Policy.

1. Nature of Services

• Music distribution to third-party platforms
• Metadata processing and delivery
• Content management
• Royalty tracking and reporting

Once a digital service has been initiated or delivered, it cannot be returned.

2. Refund Eligibility

✅ Eligible for Refund

• Duplicate charges
• Service not initiated
• Platform submission error
• Unauthorized transaction

❌ Not Eligible for Refund

• Content already distributed
• Metadata delivered to DSPs
• Copyright or policy violations
• User-initiated cancellations
• Account suspension or misuse
• Lower-than-expected earnings

3. Subscription & Plan Fees

• All fees are non-refundable once activated
• No partial refunds for partial usage
• Discounted plans are non-refundable unless legally required

4. Chargebacks, Takedowns & Royalties

Initiating a chargeback without contacting support may result in account suspension. Fraudulent disputes may lead to permanent termination.

Content takedowns do not qualify for refunds. Royalties once paid cannot be reversed and may be adjusted in future payouts.
